Works, but missing some key features

Ive been looking for a good simple csv editor for a while. CSVEdit does the job (and at a good price), but its missing some key features:

* Needs an option to show grid lines.
* Need to be able to copy entire rows and paste them into empty rows.
* Need to be able to copy a block of row/cols and paste them into another block of row/col.
* Double clicking on the header seperator should take the header text into account and not shrink it less then that width.
* Dont always ask about the format when opening a file.

Fix these things and this would be a nice simple A+ editor
